Bought these recently as my Sidi's have given up the ghost. Unfortunately although in excellent condition they're a bit too narrow for my chunky feet 
Size 45, which seems accurate as they're comfy once I get them on.
Gore-tex, all zips and velcro in good condition, as is the sole. Just one small scuff mark on one boot.
I'll put them on ebay if I get no joy here for a few days.
