For Sale Alpinestars Tech 3 Enduro Boots

For sale are my Alpinestars Tech 3 Enduro Boots.

I bought these boots new some years ago and I have only worn the Tech 3s once for 3 or 4 hours on a ride with the TRF around Butser Hill and surrounding green lanes in Hampshire and they have been in the wardrobe ever since.

The size is USA 12 / UK 11.

Hi Fred,

The fit is excellent, the protection is excellent too and they're comfortable too boot.

The reason I've only worn the boots once for a few hours, is I find them a little too stiff and rigid for me but I'm use to riding in lighter and less rigid motorcycle boots with more articulation and movement.

If you are familiar riding with Enduro and Motocross boots then I'm sure they'll be good but if you're use to riding in lighter race / sports bike boots then you may find them stiff and rigid like me.

My Sidi race boots are totally different and I adore Daytona boots, they're like wearing slippers but GSA metal footrests / pegs destroy the soles on soft rubber soled boots.
My Forma boots have less straps, more movement and less rigid and are about my limit for rigidity but no doubt the Tech 3s give more protection.

My size is usually 11UK and the Tech 3s fit well, they’re just too stiff and rigid for me, hence why I’ve only worn the boots once for a few hours. The T3s were recommended by several riders and having good protection is why I bought them but unfortunately they’re not for me.

Hope you are well.

Long time no see! I fact it was Sid and Anne's last UK event.

The boots I crash tested in Devon to avoid being kicked by a horse was my Forma boots! It was neigh good I'll tell ya!
We enjoyed the ride though.


The Tech 3s fit very well, are comfortable, good quality, strong and well made but alas the T3s are too stiff and rigid for me, hence why they've lived in the wardrobe after only wearing once for a few hours.
