Altering the volume when connected to sena bt.

Once a bt connection is established, the onboard volume settings are greyed out as the bt volume becomes the master. This is in theory fine. However, when the volume from my pillion (who is also connected via sena bt) is ok the lady on the nav v is shouting and distorting. How / can I quieten down the nav without making my pillion too quiet??

You should check what levels you have set on the Nav V for the various elements: phone, navigation instructions, music. I can't remember what sequence of buttons you need to press to get there, but there is a screen where you can adjust the percentages for the volume of each: a sort of 'mixer' screen.
