Alternator belt

Hello all,
Is it just me or is there a dirt big oil pipe in the way of changing the alternator belt, I've just done a search and found nothing on it. If the pipe has to come off do the bolts need replacing and does anyone Know the torque setting of these bolts.

Ya Have to take the pipe off, at each end. Easy to do
Do you know how to torque the Alternator belt ????

It was only the early engines that had the oil pipe outside the belt, its a simple unbolt job, replace the copper washers when refitting.
The pipe is mentioned in the Haynes Manual, but I cannot remember the torque settings.

I've torqued the belt before but never replaced it , I will have another look at Haynes manuel to see if I can find torque settings of bolts.
