Altrider skid plate ????

Anyone using the Altrider skid plate with a front mudguard exstender?

I have the Altrider plate fitted to my 2015 gsa and want to fit a mudguard exstender but it looks like there's a clearance problem.

Any suggestions

Yes, take a rubber mallet and bash the centre front of the skidplate in a bit till it clears the mudguard extender with the bike on its centrestand.

I have both fitted and, yes they do touch - but only just and I only notice when I'm pushing the bike around and I hear them kiss

Which exstender have you used?. I was looking at the Machine art Avant from NN.

Yes, that is the one that I have - there is hardly a mark on either the extender or the plate
