Are these parts identifiable? (Skid plate and protection bars)

Hi, my partners father died a couple of years ago and we're sorting out his possessions.

He was into motorcycles and at one point owned 2 BMW's. Sorry, I know very little about motorbikes but I know one was a GS something, no idea about the other (both bikes have gone now).

We have found some motorbike parts in the garage but there are no part numbers so I suspect they are aftermarket. From my limited knowledge one part is a skid plate and the others are 'protection bars'.

Is there anyway of identifying which bike they could be for, as they are good condition and worth something to someone?.

There is a very good chance that with the cumulative knowledge on here the parts will be identified, however we'd need pictures, obviously.
It may be that you need to be a paid subscriber to be able to post pictures, I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I will confirm.
