Alum. panniers, or System BMW panniers on GS 1100 ??

Dear Folks....

just some thoughts/advice for a newbie tosser, please ??

I have a set of BMW 'System' panniers, which are preet groovy, but just thought for a bit of a laugh that ALUMINIUM would be a wee diversion...

HB explorer, expedition, Alpos??,BMW Adventure/Vario,Zega?..any thoughts??
