This "Alutight" is sold under several names. The one I know and use is "Technoweld".

Ps: yes, it works, but you should practice on some scrap parts first. There is a technique to it...

Buy and try Fanum.
I think it will surprise you. I've seen people make holes in soda cans and then repair it with this stuff.
I bought it a looong time ago after cracking the crank cover on my old CX500. Soldered it up and went on my bike vacation without any troubles.
