My Zumo 400 died recently - just would not respond to anything.
So I phoned them and arranged to pay the out of warranty fee for a refurbished unit.
I sent it back to then on Wednesday.
On Friday a replacement arrived
That's good service.......
That's not where it ended though....
I sent back just my GPS and not all the bits. They sent back a full kit
