Hi Folks
I need a new rear 170/60/72V. No dealers/ebay/amazon have any and Michelin will not say when they will be availalbe. going away on the 11th June
Do you or anyone you know have one in the garage that i could buy. I already have a new front. But happy to buy a pair if required.

Hopefully, Mark

Some on ebay (@ round and black) Just take a loose wheel into your local fitter National Tyres did my last one and it's sorted

Perhaps you didn't put the right size in you missed a 17 from your original post :D

When you say dealer? Have you tried 'bike tyres leeds' or woosters? The former always carry plenty of stock of various types.

I had a similar problem trying to get a set of Pilot Road 4 Trails (for a 2010 GSA). I had them on back order for two weeks, but they kept rolling back the delivery date, Michelin had no idea when they would arrive. I asked if they could get PR3s instead but these were not available as a pair, it was the same with Anakee 3s. In the end I had to go with my usual choice of Dunlop TR91s as my rear tyre was all but illegal. Last year I believe Michelin had supply issues, these were supposedly resolved, but it appears not

I hope they don't have the same issues supplying the MotoGP tyres!!

Thanks boys and girls for your response. I have placed an order with intobikes hoping they have one in stock. I have also placed an order for one on round and black on ebay, but they are quoting £10,123.96 for a tyre? Tried ringing them yesterday but no answer. It's also nice to get through a post without anybody being sarcastic or a smart arse. :)

Hope your lucky, glad I got mine in good time for my trip in June! Have kept the originals as had only done 3.5k on them, will put them back in sometime.

If it all goes titsup get another tyre brand. I use my bike in all weathers all year around and rarely have a same manufacturer pair.
Clearly they need to be the same type of tyre, but IMO a lot of the fuss about keeping the same manufacturer is move more product. I refuse to throw away perfectly good part worn tyres and have yet to suffer any handling problems.

How soon do you need them? I have anakees with 4000 Kms on them and will change to Tourance Nexts as I find the grip not as good on Anakees. You can have them both for £60.00 plus cost of shipping. If you want them I must first get Nexts on my bike then ship to you from Greece so let me know. Elapsed time probably 10 days max...
