I was in Bracknell this morning so dropped in to see the KTM dealership, CSS Bikes.

Boarded up, gone, no trace.

Last time I was there they had a showroom full of bikes (KTM, GasGas, Husky) and a busy workshop.

Such an incredibly tough time for dealers.

Yes, they did. KTM don't have the small bike market to prop the dealers up, but the off road market must contribute quite a bit. Just not enough maybe.

Seens some good deals on nearly new bikes (23/24 models) but when enquiring the dealers are not interested in my absolutely mint low mileage 2019 bike, either less than we buy any bike offer or a flat refusal to take a PX.

I think anyone looking to buy a bike is gonna be in for a deal if no PX to go in, considering selling mine privately and then just buying when the right bike comes along..

Clear more dealers gonna go pop, it ain't over yet, and be careful everyone, would be easy to pay a chunk of money to a dealer only to find the doors locked when you go to collect.

I would not leave more than a £50 deposit and pay balance by bank transfer once you are at the dealer with your mitts on the bike.

They changes their name to Bike Sport Global a while back. They used to service my 701. Shame their gone.
