Stopped the bike (1150 GS 87500 miles) after a run 30 or so miles to get petrol. The bloody thing backfired and blew the right hand injector out of the rubber on the cylinder head. Managed to get it back in again and been OK since.
I suspect it was in a bad mood cos it was raining.

Did you undo the "hoseclips and fit it back in and align it, and retighten them?
