It isn't often that I put finger to keypad to comment on customer service as I am not normally surprised (either way) by the range of service I get from most people I deal with - however....
When I last took my GSA in for it's 18k & Annual service, I casually mentioned to Alistair that there was a little corrossion on the front engine cover and a smidgen around the thread of the drive shaft - nothing disastrous, just something to keep an eye on. By the time I had left the workshop a few hours later, they had already got approval on the engine case replacement and within 24 hours were booking me in for warranty replacement on the drive dhaft as well.
So few businesses listen to their customers and even fewer act upon what they say - It is a real tribute to these guys that they do both and I am really proud that they are "My Dealer" I feel that they genuinly act with my interest in mind, another reason why I will be buying my next bike off them - no fuss, they just do it!
