What do you guys use to protect electrical contacts? I have some ACF-50 spray but wondering if the ACF-50 grease would be better? I've corrosion on my sargent seat socket contacts and probable have others that could do with protection.

I use a tube of contact lube, bought from Maplins. Split each connector and lube the individual contacts then reassemble using grease or Vaseline on the connector joint. If I'm not happy with the weatherproofing of a connector I would tape it up if possible.

Contralube, expensive if bought from Maplins, some ships chandlers have large tubes for better price.
DO NOT put anything on your Lambda Sensor connectors, it will interfere with the sensor as it uses the wires to get its air sample supply.

I used GT85 over the years it has Teflon so water is repelled, depends how much water you ride in or if the connections have seals or not.

Dielectric grease here, works a treat. Use it on the cars as well as VAG are crap at building MAF connectors and this sorts things out nicely.
