Anti pollution masks

DO any of you wear these? I'm curious as I do about 250 miles commute on the M27 each week, not the most polluted / crowded of Motorways, but my face & throat are always covered in grime.

Are these things effective & comfortable? What do you use?

I know from peddly bike friends that the Respro anti pollution masks work rather well.

I sometimes wear an open face lid and use one of the neoprene 'Skull' design masks with it.
It`s only a plain neoprene mask...breathable but not 'anti pollution'...but it does keep the cack off without being sweaty to wear. .
