I have a query.. my brake pedal has the small version that goes over the top of the brake pedal when riding stood up.

My question is the 2 top plates are connected by a pin which is fitted with a spring and a circlip. Question: on your bike can you press/pull the pin and pull the short plate down over the big one and same in reverse ? Mine seems happy in either location but no easy way to adjust and lock that I can see.

Thansk in advance for any helpful insight or benchmarking. If you like to just make stupid comments please save your time.

That's it. The small one folds over the lower and larger bottom one. The bottom one is fixed.

Thank you for the reply, but my question is on yours can you pull or push the pin and adjust the smaller one up/down?
On mine if I wanted to swap for sat down full or standing short I'd need to remove the circlip pull out the pin etc

You don't need to remove the pin, just push the moving smaller one to the rear (or the front, I can't remember which) and then it folds up or down.

Perfect thank you. Mine must be maligned as I don't have that movement. Very helpful thanks

Thanks all, it was the missing circlip that was preventing the spring operating correctly.
