Any audio / video synchronisers here?

A friend of mine recently appeared on http://www.oneandother.co.uk and I was asked to capture the live web cam feed and convert the footage to DVD.

I used Replay Media Catcher to capture the feed which saved it to my PC as a .flv file. There are no synchronisation issues on the .flv file.

Since then I've tried a few different pieces of software to convert it to DVD, including ConvertXToDVD, AVS Video Converter and also the Replay Media Catcher's build in format converter.
All attempts have resulted in a one or two second audio / video synchronisation issue, in particular, the audio has crept slightly ahead of the video.

Does anyone here have any advice on how best I can sort this out? Or even better if any of you have any experience in this sort of thing could I possibly send you (upload somewhere) the original .flv for you to have a play around with, and maybe create a decently synchronised xvid file which you could send back to me? <-- That one's a bit much to ask I know, but if you don't ask, you don't get I say :)

I really hope someone can help me out with this.
Cheers

I'm pretty sure you can use virtualdub or nandub to sync your audio/video streams. Try converting to an avi and then use one of the above.
