Always bought Shoei's until I tried Arai, world of difference, Shoei's lining's seem to give to much so a good fitting helmet in the shop after a few months is loose, noisy and uncomfortable, sorry to the Shoei faithful but wouldn't even let my ex-wife wear one

I didn't have that problem with my XR1000. The fit has remained constant from the day I got it, two years ago.
