Any file sorting applications out there??

I've just managed to retrieve the contents of an external drive and have backed up all my photos that I have from CD-Roms, DVD's and my desktop PC as well as the recovered data from an external hard drive and I have backed them up onto a 2nd external hard drive. The thing is I am confident I will have numerous duplications of photos and wondered if there was a program that can look at whats on a drive and highlight any duplications so I can remove and duplications to minimise space as there are loads and loads. I hope that makes sense

http://www.clonespy.com/ used this with success when I did something similar to what your doing now. Another one is duplicate cleaner which isnt free but the 15 day trial might be enough for you.
