Any good deals on oil about at the minute?

As thread title.

Collected my bike back today after the TAT, and it's in desperate need of an oil change.

I had been using halfords mineral oil, which worked out around £20 for 5l, but looking through the website, it would appear they don't do it anymore.

What is everyone else using now?

not much good in an XChallenge, fully synthetic can cause clutch issues, and i've had enough of those already with my bike.

Looking for mineral or semi synthetic.


yes i know the oil is a good price, it's just a small matter of finding some now

It's bike suitable and even the Castrol site themselves recommend it for the G650X series

Some guys in USA have used fully synth in their Challenges with zero slip
