Doesn't belong here i know (I'll do a proper thread in the proper place soon) but how about the original HP2 prototype?

Not even badged up as an HP2- still labelled 'GS' :)

One the one hand - it's got ohlins... on the other - no footpeg, brake pedal or disc :blast But then who uses the rear brake anyway? :D

So are all these pics from the BMW factory??

Looking at the inlets to the carbs, I'd guess it was an inlet to an air filter.

OK don't shoot me here, but why is it called a mono when there's clearly a swingarm on both sides :nenau

Shall I get my coat and go back to the sections where at least I know I'm talking bollix?? :D

Cos it's a MONO SHOCK not a MONOLEVER...
the Monolever was used on the 87 years bike :thumb2

Like the others Im drooling I really like that fairing on the marlborough bike.
