any green lanes in Pembrokeshire?

I'm off next week to stay near Cardigan in West Wales.
Will have discover and bike, so anybody know if there are any green lanes around there to explore?

If not I guess I buy some detailed OS maps when I get there and see what I can see, or is there a way to see them online?

Not Pembs but I've got some routes between Lampeter and Builth Wells which isn't far and fantastic roads from Cardigan. PM me an email address and I'll pass them on.
