Just wondering has anyone had the OTA firmware installed yet on their W702BS?

I'm trying to do it now and it's not having it. They sent me an updated software file. The unit thinks the ISPBOOT file is a video but doesn't recognise the format anyway. And I'm in a cold, semi-dark garage trying to insert a micro-SD card into a fucking slot in the side of the unit because you can't power the unit off the bike. It has sprung out several time or been dropped but I've found it so far!
I'm only doing it as a favour to the guy I've sold it to. If Carpuride can't come up with a solution, I'm giving up as stroke prevention![]()

Indeed. It's why I've bought another unit with OTA updates from the start. At least if I can get the update done it will be OTA afterwards.32gb card and FAT32?
You can use the USB lead that came in the box, connected to a phone charger.
Edit: Oh... I see you have the BS. Never mind![]()
I seem to remember. when I downloaded my ISPBOOT I had to do it a couple of times as it would not work.Indeed. It's why I've bought another unit with OTA updates from the start. At least if I can get the update done it will be OTA afterwards.
Mine's about a year old so needs to upgrade. A real PITA.I purchased my Carpuride 702 BS a couple of months back, i thought with it being a newer model I didn’t need to do the SD card upgrade.
Everything worked ok, I used my phone as the WiFi hotspot & updated firmware.
Thanks, I'll try that.I seem to remember. when I downloaded my ISPBOOT I had to do it a couple of times as it would not work.
Download it with a different browser. I think I did it with Edge or FF as Chrome messed with it.
That's because you didn't delete the previous downloads and windows automatically adds the number, rather than giving you the option to overwrite. Each time it added a number in brackets.
