Any idea's?

I have a fairly minor problem that's nevertheless annoying.

During searches within ebay, and sometimes within the 'shopping' sites the Internet browser, whether Maxthon or Microsoft, shuts down.

It's really annoying when trying to browse ebay.

As a slight aside some graphics don't work, such as MotoMartin's avatar.

Any guru's who can offer a sensible suggestion?

I had this problem with IE. So I downloaded Mozilla Firefox as recommended elsewhere on this site.
Since downloading Firefox, both it and IE work perfectly. Must assume a corrupted file was overwritten by the download.

Does sound like a Java applet or something similar might have been corrupted Peter...that would fit with E-L's post as well.

Try installing the latest Java platform and check the other broweser plugins that you use.

Have you tried Firefox?

Don't get the beta 2 version....but otherwise it's superb and very well supported in plugins and skins etc.
