Any interest in a Christmas meet up?

Asking for any suggestions for a meet up before Christmas.

Preferably informal basis so folks can just turn up without any hassle or paying advance deposits.

If folks only want the regular breakfast meet that’s fine as I will arrange one anyway.

However, if we want an evening meet up then please post suggestions for venues etc and why we should go there.

All suggestions welcome.

We went there for the recent camping weekend.

Feedback from those that went would be great.

I was there on the Friday evening and it was busy. Our reserved area was not that big and not fully reserved for us when it got busy.

We would need to look at a quieter time possibly Wednesday or Thursday.

Great pub, whilst you say it wasn't fully reserved, it could have been as we allowed the family with a small baby to stay although, by rights, we should have thrown them in the cut for moving into our biker zone.

I like the pub, food is good, beer is excellent.

The Plough Inn replied to my email.

We will have to decide on a date and time and need to know numbers interested.

Regular menu is mostly available but if they have many bookings for the Christmas menu that would be the only option.

Happy to discuss at Saturdays breakfast.

Booking a pub at Christmas without getting deposits for meals was above my pay grade.

I am now looking for something in the new year.

I will create a new post when I make some progress.
