Look up on Facebook DNPER/ ural/ cossack/ Russian motorcycles if you want to be the enemy 
They are cheap compared to western machines. Certainly cause a scene at local shows
I paid £2400 for my NEVAL ( uk DNPER with ural 650cc engine) I've got no where near £3000 total spend in 2yrs.
The outfit is probably a £4.5k now

Was £37 A litre RAL 1001ultra Matt paint desert sand in my case
UK supplier
Easy to thin & brush on
Green/ brown also available
Ilitre did my whole outfit with a brush and 200cc left over for touch up
