Any tips for a stiff clutch on an ST 2?

A friends bike seems to struggle with clutch. Mostly difficult to engage neutral.
It has already got an aftermarket slave cylinder but still bad. Not leaks, fluid flushed with new
Anyone know about these?

always find neutral when moving
