I'm off today in 4 hours time, Plymouth to Santander!
Should have been 2200 on the 3rd arriving 0800 on the 5th. I suppose it’s 0001 on the 4th…Do you mean 0000 on 4th ?
Otherwise it’s taking 56.5 hours !!
So technically it's 33 hours Portsmouth - Santander but only due to the delayed departure otherwise it would have been 36..
HEADS UP for those going through the Picos on the N621. The part of the N621 North of Potes has miles/KMs worth of roadworks. It is being done in batches all the way along, and you are forever starting and stopping waiting for the sign chap to allow you to proceed. Took friggin ages to get down it when I arrived. Thankfully after Potes the 621 is perfecto.
Pickled, I hope too.Well, with the initial recommendations from certain fat barstewardsand this endorsement, I shall definitely follow suit in September thank you all . Sounds great and sounds better ..
l shall still have emergency hard boiled eggs secreted here and there on the bike though.

Not sure why you are so surprised I told you about those in your earlier post
Picos in mid-late April
When you get in to that riding groove, the roads from the picos could lead anywhere, even the transfargarranwww.ukgser.com
