Any words of wisdom for a new LC4e owner??

Plug the SAS system if fitted and then do the following. Get hold of an SXC Competition silencer, they are E12 and E1 marked so thats fine for the road. Take the perforated baffle out of the end of the silencer. Raise the needle one notch and change the main to a 160 or a 157.5. Drill out the holes in theh carb slide to 3mm while you are in there raising theh needle. Very easy and try to do it from theh insdie of theh slide with a long drill bit. This gives a much snappier throttle response. Take the side of the airbox out and replace with the KTM stainless airbox mod for the SMALL AIRBOX. The side panel contains a foam cover that comes off and this is what the Stainless screen replaces. Thats it, you are ready to go and will notice a great difference in the bike. They are jetted VERY lean from new so do this asap. The SAS if fitted does not need to be removed just plug the end of the pipe that goes into the frame just behind the headstock. Do not remove or mess about with the EPC system.

When you are ready I have a silencer and pipe here as well as another Silencer without pipe. I may also have another new SXC system by the end of the week. Price them up at AMS Tewksbury or Premier at Didcot and I will do a good deal on them for you if needed. I keep them for spares on the ADV.

yes Black is the new Yellow and there are loads of changes as well by the look of it. Even standing still they look fast.
