Anybody got an Evo for sale?

Well can't see him on a Twin Cam so assume he's giving up on Harley's..:nenau

You're right, I wouldn't ride a TC... but I doubt it's the end of me owning HD's.

The thing is, I've simply got too many bikes, they're not getting ridden enough, and I hate to see bikes sitting idle.

Also, I'm more than happy to pass the 'Glide onto Rob, and so 'keep it in the Family'.

I know for sure that he'll enjoy it :beerjug:

I'm tempted to paint it pink to match yours but people may talk :ymca

I read this the other day and it set me off http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/forwood/index.shtml Puts a lot of adventure bikes to shame, especially when you see how little has been replaced in over 600,000km's

:thumb2 Good one.

Their list of breakdowns and repairs. Looks like the old evo engines are pretty robust, and the gearbox hasn't even been apart

'94 carb version.

my 95 carb version has just developed a crack/hole in the exhaust coming out of the rear cylinder...i think its been welded before so its forgivable at 140,000kms

That's a common problem, the metal is very thick so welding easy enough, I've just had mine welded again...

Or it's £235 here for a new one...S/H are like hens teeth...they are on permanent watch out for on eBay....
