Anyone else Ordered a GPS from the Navigation Company??

Hello,

I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 550 from this Company last Monday.... still no GPS

Have conatcted them serveral times and been told someone will get back to me... no one ever does

Any one else got experience of this company? good or bad.

Just for some idea of what I could be dealing with

I bought my 2720 from them a few years ago, no problems whatsoever next day delivery etc. As long as you paid with a credit card you should be ok anyway, let the cc company deal with em if it doesnt turn up and they charge you. Personaly i'd ring them and cancel the order if it hasn't turned up and they are fobbing you off, theres loads of other companies selling gps's out there.

I might take you up on that offer. Just got off the phone with them, looks like City Link are saying it was delivered on Friday. Well if it was, it wasn't delivered to me!

I'm awaiting a further call to explain what happens now!

Good news........ I hope,

They tell me it should be with me tomorrow, apparently City Link lost the first one.

I had to phone them to get this info. Their customer service sucks, big style

It arrived this morning.

Very happy I am with it too
