among all the other complaints i have about the new gs did i mention the noise coming from the front wheel.after 35 years riding all sorts of bmw's i think bmw are letting customers finish the development of the gswc.Maybe i just got a bad one,in that case i want my money back!

I love GS's!! Ijust don't think the new one is as good as the last 1200.After a month or so of riding the new one i just felt one day that i could have left it at the side of the road and got the bus home! When i read the road tests they mention the gearchange briefly and enthuse about waves of torque!!!! Hmmm, Keep it above 2500 ,3000rpm and it goes really well ,below that and it snatches really badly even in second gear. The last one didn't do that !! (is it a case of the emperors new clothes!!!

Not really mate, They're just toys aren't they, If I don't like it I'll sell it and try something else it's no big deal. BTW have you shown your bike to The MSI in Manchester? They may be interested in it.
