I’m not so sure ‘It doesn’t look quite as bad in the flesh’ is that much of a complement 😁, although people said that about my 1300, but I love it and think it’s a great bike. Enjoy your new bike Onahi, here’s to many enjoyable, fun filled and safe miles on it 🍻

I have lots booked again this year. April through to October. I just hope, that this 13 is as reliable as my last GS's. The adventures continue 👍

Are the shaped bags on either side of the tank for something specific (shape wise) or is it just a case of the shape following the shape of the frame/tank/crash bars ?

They just fit the side panels. No specific shape. Left side i have my Gortex waterproof over layer. Right side i have waterproof trousers, and winter gortex gloves. Quick access. Also, new to this bike, under the passenger seat is a proper stowage compartment. With lid. In there is my tyre plugger kit and tool kit. Which will always be on the bike, and hopefully never used.
