Must admit Iwas tempted to look at a V85. But kinda happened upon one of the last new Yamaha SuperTenere’s last summer. Now that really does have a feel of an 1150 to it. Solid, planted, great handling with shaft drive, and reportedly very very reliable to. Givi screen has cured the wind noise, but then I had to modify both my 1150’s to achieve the same and a simple seat mod has vastly improved the comfort. Still have an R850GS for winter use, but cant wait to get the S10 back out March or April.
