Looking at getting a new helmet and am attracted to the Nexx XD1. Anyone on here using one? Any feedback appreciated?
Anyone got a Nexx XD1 helmet? Opinions please, good or bad.

Not yet - tried one on at Motolegends in Guildford as I was in that part of the world today and liked the fit.
Did not have one in stock in the colour/size I am after so they are ordering me one in. Will let you know how I get on once it arrives in the next week or so

I have had all the premium lids going, the NEXX XD1 is the best lid I have worn. The chin spoiler is the only part that lets it down. It is also extremely good value for money.

I've had one for a year or so and love it. Not as plush as my Schubert C3, but it's a better lid, with a proper visor, better integrated comms, and better vented than any other lid I've owned. The only hassle I've had with it is the removeable cheek pads which have often popped off on their own accord after being initially removed to fit the xcom.
Another endorsement here for the Nexx XD1. Great helmet and very comfortable. Read the Ride report on it, tried one on,great fit, then rode round France with it straight out of the box with no issues. Have always been an Arai head but am impressed by these helmets.
Great if you have somewhere local that stocks them to try one, I was after one last year but nowhere within 80 miles that was shown as a stockist actually kept them in stock.

I'll add my vote for the XD-1 too very good, well ventilated, comfortable and quiet. Had it for a year but had a early problem with the visor jamming but Nexx replaced the helmet quickly otherwise no problem.
Not wanting to hi-jack the thread but I would be interested in any views on the X-com for the XD-1 if anyone is using it?
