Anyone got any off road GPS routes near Ystradgynlais

As it says on the top. Anyone got any legal off road routes they can email me for the Ystradgynlais area? All I want to do is explore some proper Welsh trails on my little WR250F, not race, wheely or plough up someones farmyard just a nice little chuff in the hills.

not 100% sure but the instructors at the BMW school (the locals not Mr Pavey) all off road near you might be worth a call to Kylie if shes still there to se whats what?

There is quite along stretch of the Sarn Helen which starts above Glyneath and runs down to not far short of Sennybridge.

When do you need the route for ? I'll dig out the grid references for you over the weekend...If someone hasn't got them to hand elsewhere
