Anyone had good results with pattern front brake discs?

Made to the same pattern as the original (and hopefully same quality) but not by the original part manufacturer. Yes 'Aftermarket'

often made by the same company

Ferodo make lots of OEM branded brake products and aftermarket parts under their own name.

How have you found them? Im also looking to purchase a set.
I'm pleased with them, good quality kit, made in Spain 👍. Only done about 500 miles since fitting them but I reckon any issue would have reared its head by now.

Thats reassuring then , theres abit of a wait on them at the moment but for the saving over brembo i think ill order a set. cheers (y)

Where they are made isn't the issue, how they are made is. Loads of high end companies have parts, including brake parts, made in china, but they have good standards enforced with quite often their own QA at the manufacturers.

I normally get my front Brembo disks from Carpimoto, they come with all necessary washers and bobbins for €135/£120
here

Thanks for this - I might upgrade grade mine - they are quite worn but still functional.

If you are still looking to buy .
I have some new gen BMW brembo discs up on the for sale now.thank you .

Ordered a pair from there. With the duty charges it came to around £225.00 for the discs, bobbins and wave washers.
I've just ordered new bolts from the mother ship tonight as mine are a little bit tatty.

I've just attempted to fit the discs from carpimoto. All good until I try to refit the front wheel.
The bolt heads are touching the fork legs. The disc mounting point is thinner on the ones I've taken off and they have fixed bobbins with a very thin washer between them and the wheel.
The bobbins and discs I have bought look exactly the same as the ones in post 23 above.
Obviously with the thicker disc mounting point it is pushing the bolt heads out further.
I have an adventure with the wire wheels.
I'm not sure what to do.
Have I bought the wrong ones?
I'm about to check if I have the correct discs from carpimoto.

It would appear I have the wrong discs for my 06 adventure with wire wheels. Bugger 🤦🏻‍♂️
I'll endeavour to find correct ones. If anyone requires a set of these plus bobbins but not bolts give me a shout.
Bolted on and removed, effectively brand new.

I am now really struggling to find the slimmer fit with permanently attached bobbins for my 06 GSA.
I'm almost at the point of just buying them from BMW at £200.00 a disc. I will get a club discount on that price but how hard can it be.
Does anyone have any info.
I can't find any info on motorworks apart from the same ones I bought, plus carpimoto are the same.

Try to find some motomaster ones. They are the same thickness as OEM, and come with attached bobbins/rivets.

Motomaster is a brand from the Netherlands and well know in the motocross world. I believe they advertise as "made in the Netherlands"

Part number for their discs is 111073, at least for the 2006 GS it seems to be. https://www.moto-master.com/
