Anyone had to use "Free Motor Legal' in anger please?

Not me personally but my late brother's family had exceptionally good service when he was killed by a dangerous driver on his motorbike
With in aweek a solicitor came round to get thing's started and when it went to trial we had the services of a good barister all for free.
I would personally advise any one to take that extra cover out which usually is only a extra £15 , just think how much it would cost for a solicitor and barister if you had to pay out your own pocket.
