Anyone help re fitting a lowering ring to a XChallenge?

Sorry Bez/GFJ, went away with the prob unresolved. Was for an air shock - turns out the item I had been sent was for a X Country/Moto so sent it back.

Shock was great on the trip off road when moving, it was once I'd stopped it was an issue again. Definately need a lower option

. Definately need a lower option

Getting your seat re-done (or putting an x-moto one on) is probably your quickest and cheapest option to help your feet touch the ground. I've got an aftermarket shock on mine and I must admit, I think the air-shock has it's benefits.

Agree, is great when moving but unnerving when it unloads and extends if you haven't covered the rear brake in time. Ripped my Tony Archer seat in an off while away so needs looking at - May we'll get it lowered at the same time

anyone know if there is a repair manual for the air shock?

I don't think the air shock is repairable. I contacted continental a few years back, and they wouldn't touch it, saying I should take it back to bmw.
