Very good tatooist at Logan's Cave in Kingstanding, not a posh area but the artist is great, he did mine for me and has done several for my son who is booked for another tatoo in a week or so....

PM me and i will dig out the phone number for you...he only works on appointment only and will quote a price first..even better if you play a guitar, he has several in his shop and very oftern have a jam session after tatooing.

You may have a wait because they are always busy and make sure Cookie, the main man, does it for you.

Might be a bit far to travel but Louis Molloy at Middleton Tattoo Studios,
327A Oldham Road Middleton 0161 655 3909 has an excellent reputation.
Haven't used him myself but Mr and Mrs Beckham recommend him highly.
He is the UK's leading professional witness on tattoos such is his experience.
He was instrumental in winning us the case of "The Tattooed Todger" a very nasty rape and incest trial at the Old Bailey a few years ago.
