Anyone know how to use .lit files in Palmreader??

I've got the completePatrick O'Brien books in MS .Lit format that I want to load into a Tungsten T3 palmreader prog.......I've had a poke around and apart from a suggestion of cutting and pasting each and every page into the palm, can't find anything to convert/rip the files....

A bit obscure I know, but has anyone tried this with success???

I've got a .lit convertor somewhere, and another one to convert to .pdb format.

Give me a few minutes.......
