The Remus 1150 'zorsts came with a removable sound baffle pipe shoved up them, secured by a pop rivet.

Could someone tell me the ID and OD of the pipe please, and if possible, the overall length and approximate angle of the bend in it ?

TY

hope this helps

Just been into the bike garage and taken mine out O/D 32mm I/D 29.5mm Length 290mm Angle approx 30 degrees. It has a small bracket welded near the angled end 13mm in to centre line of mounting. It has a captive nut welded in (5mm thread) and stands 16mm off the pipe.

When I talked to the Remus rep at a NEC show he said that it would be riveted in but that "you might just find it has a threaded fixing already there" he was right. Just drilled it out and now I have a choice.

Makes a good noise without but maybe a bit much here as I don't want to draw attention to the fact that I am running without a Cat. (legal requirement here)
