It looks like it does have shift assist to me.
On bikes without, you can usually see the lever / input shaft, as it is silver.
The shift assist unit is black, and harder to see.
I can't see the silver lever on that bike, so would guess that it has shift assist.

bought my current one off them and had no issues. Delivery was free, quick and efficient. Transaction smooth and yes I got a discount! When I got an advisory from BMW re recall, they noticed the front tyre was a bit thin. I called Fins and asked how it could've passed the MOT..He just asked me what tyre I wanted, sent it out courier to BMW and had them fit it, and paid for fitting. Good service soothes...
