Anyone know what this part is?

I removed my rear shock to get sent off for repair and few seconds afterwards this dropped out. Don't recognise what it is?

Any help much appreciated

can't you see it's a black round rubbery thing , must be a tyre !

helpful bit , is there a hole in the middle on the other side ? if so , i would think a mount twixt bike and a panel .....or someone has dropped it whilst working on the bike before you !

If on the other side there is a hole in the centre ,There is something like that under the seat pushed onto a pin on the frame and the plastic housing where the tool tray sits sits on it. If you lift the tray out out these can fall off.

Cheers, never lifted the tray out when doing it but I'll have a check tomorrow and see to be sure. Cheers for the comments

I had a photo on my phone from the recent fitting of a fuzeblock.

The tray is rounded on the left hand side of the photo where it sits on rubber like your photo.

How wide is it? It kinda looks like a pannier mounting puck?
