Anyone looked at the GSA screen?

As an odd-shaped bloke with legs that should make me 5'2" and an upper body that should make me 6'4", I find the stock LC screen just a bit too short. I've held off getting a replacement screen until I get feedback on the GSA one.

Did anyone take a peek at the show? Do we know if it's actually any taller than the current screen and fill with the standard bike? Any wider? How about a support bar? Wunderlich seem to think that a taller screen needs extra support on the LC. Does the GSA screen come with additional support, or is it likely to just flap around more?

I asked at the BMW stand if the GSA screen would fit the LC. Drew a blank I'm afraid. From what I could see it looks like it will fit the LC as a straight swap. Size wise I thought the GSA screen taller but slightly narrower (GSA has winglets fitted though).

I had exactly the same idea, the std screen is fine for me, I'm 5'10" and can ride at 85 visor up all day but a little more may help.

Took a look at the Givi screen but that had a secondary support and lock.

I'll wait now and hope my local dealer may let me try one after the launch.

LOL! I wish! I got my 10 metres swimming badge when I was 7, but have made no progress since.

It is wider and taller......I did measure it at the show......forgot now, doh......about 2 inch wider from memory......I have ordered one as after 12000 miles it is the lack of screen width that causes turbulence on the upper shoulders.

Get a clip on screen extension there should be loads in the adverts now folks are trading in.
