Well the weather is looking good, seems a shame to waste it....

Thought I'd head out for a few hours... Chester, Rhug farm shop ( maybe ), Bala , betws y coed.... well actually Conway falls cafe...... great food.....Denbigh moors.. Mold... Chester... Just a few suggestions...

Anyone fancy a gentle :augie ride out....??
 
Would have loved a spin out and taken you up on the offer but looking after kids tomorrow as SWMBO is working !

Have a safe one and a brew for me!

I'm sure if you could have put your post up earlier in the week you would have got a few takers i for one would have loved to have a ride out with you as i'm not that familier with north wales even though i live so close, I always tend to turn right and head north :beerjug:
 
Nothing I'd like more but I don't pick up the new bike for a fortnight and traded the old in on Wednesday.
Seemed like a good idea at the time.:rolleyes:

Like minded, you mean the Sunday afternoon masses doing an obvious route?

It might have been obvious.... But I can assure you far from the masses... Only 2 GS s all day..... And 117 miles..... And they were me and my missus....!! Great afternoon....
 
I called past the Horseshoe pass this afternoon, the place was heaving with bikes and half a dozen or so GS's ....thankfully I didn't get held up as I was on the KTM:D
 
Never go that way.... Far to many " look at me,s " at the ponderosa ... Better to sit at the Nant y Garth pass and slay dragons !!

Looked at the ktm before getting my 3rd GS, but just could nt start oiling chains again..... But great bike..... :thumb
 
On Saturday

Ran out with Rushy to Llandidrod Wells via Newtown and back up A488, cracking roads.

Will mark as one to visit again.
 
On Sunday

Could have popped out again but had to dry my Onions out and sort my Plums.

Denise and I were out on Saturday, as we were at a trial on Sunday. Saw a great many bikes out on Sunday, both on our way to and from Oswestry, plenty of them BM's. Maybe it's just you? :D

I rode over the Lakeland passes Hardknott & Wrynose, then over into Langdale.
That road on Hardknott is really knackered now. Didn't make much difference to me on the GS but some of those potholes are massive!
