Just wondering does anyone rent out a workshop or garage to work on their bikes? It's something I never considered before but the idea popped into my head today.

I'm thinking of doing a rebuild of my newly acquired 1984 XT600 and somehow I don't think I can fit it in my 10 x 8 shed (unless I rip some of my benches out of there).

Cheapest I can seem to find is €200pm (for 200sqft) and that's less than 3 minutes from my house (on the bike) but its well over my budget. The good news though is that beside that unit is a motor factors and a fabricator if I needed anything made.

Might ask the local mechanic does he know of anything available.
