Anyone rinsed off the ACF50 yet?

Do you guys that wash your bikes after the winter re-apply the ACF50?

I'm going to wait until the salt starts to reappear in November. Whilst ACF50 does an excellent job of protecting the bike it is one royal pain in the arse to clean off and because it attracts dirt if you want to keep your bike looking semi respectable during the summer months it's just too much effort for me.

Whereas in the winter it's impossible to run a clean bike so a liberal dosing of ACF50 at the beginning and just leave it till March seems like the best solution for me.

Agreed, once I wash the ACF off in March/April I will wait until November to reapply. However, I use Scotoiler FC365 during the summer. This is water based so won't give you long term protection, but as its soluble it comes off easily with all the dirt that was sitting on top of it. This makes suimmer cleaning really easy and quick, so if you want a clean looking bike but don't want to use up valuable time give this a try. I use a diluted (4:1) mix of SDoc100 which just sprays on and everything comes off easily with a hose (sometimes a carefully aimed pressure washer) a few minutes later.
