I know a bloke running them if it helps
he does big mileage and rates them as brilliant
he moved from PR4 as there was a deal on the roadtech.
The reviews are very favourable as are the ones for the Roadsmart 3 and Angel GT

Yes, using RoadSmart 3's on '16 GSA. Ride is slightly firmer, but for me they allow a lot more confidence in the bends. I've not used them enough to comment on wear rates as yet.
Had new tyres last weekend but the two weeks before, when I was researching choice there wasn't the size option for the Angel GT or the 01's, no front tyre availability for the Roadsmart 3.
Came off PR4's and had the Dunlop A40's fitted.
Compared to the PR4:
In the dry I would say they are just as grippy.
Maybe a little noisier when at higher speeds - 90ish.
Wet testing has been limited as I've taken it easier when it rained just because they are new tyres.
So far they feel comfortable and have a good turn in feeling, seem to drop in much quicker which felt odd but I'm used to that now.
Done about 400 mile on them with a Spain trip planned from next weekend.
. Overall no regrets.

I meant Bridgestone Battlax A40 not Dunlop!!!
I have just had a pair of Bridgestone Battlax A40's fitted to my GS LC. using the current Bridgestone/Motul promotion (a £50 off voucher) I got the pair fitted for £135 at F&B M/c Tyres in Sandwich (Crewe). You cannot complain at that price.
Some observations:
Watching the fitter putter the tyres onto the rims, it was very noticable how stiff the carcass of the A40 is.
I would say that there is a bit more road roar/noise than with the Tourance Next and Dunlop Roadsmart II that I have experience of.
Have only put 160 miles on them so far, but I am really pleased with the dry road grip and the way they cope with poor road surfaces which would have had my old Next tyres tramlining lke mad.

OP asks about the Roadtec 01 and every post is about something else...lol
So far then that would be a No.
Apart from noise and grip in wet/dry I'd have thought any opinions on tyres that had done a few 100 miles was bordering on premature. I had conti road attacks on my K1300S, fantastic tyre that barely lasted 2000 miles, if you had asked what I'd thought after 200 miles I would have said great tyre all conditions, will fit again, which I did once before fitting PR3 or 4s.
I too am interested in hearing the experiences of fitted Roadtecs, but after 4/5000 miles.
In today's MCN there is an article on all the tyres mentioned in the numerous threads, if I wasn't gainfully employed I would be tempted to produce a spreadsheet so they could easily be compared. Maybe tonight !
Which was why I clearly stated that I had done less than a couple of hundred miles on my A40's on the first day. And, if you read my post, I made absolutely no observations re wear rates. What I did do was point out that, with the current promotion, you get a bloody fantastic price; that the carcasses looked bloody stiff when they were being fitted; and that there did seem to be some more road noise.
