That sounds pretty reasonable :thumb2

Just ordered a pair (for that price...), I'll report back when I get them - and hopefully I'll not mess the whole thing up.

Be interested in these too. Awaiting a full report with interest!! :D

I had something similar to this idea , (but without the speakers!) i made my own moulds, the result of which persuaded me to go for the Ultimates.
I know of some that used the same stuff and used it around 'in ear' plugs for their sounds.

Looks a good idea. Tha actual fit and comfort will be down to yourself to follow the instructions i suppose.

Got mine earlier in the week, and found out that, 1) not a one person job,
2) speakers are not of the best quality (way too bass heavy).

Otherwise it looks like it works, now I just need my AutoCom p/n 2091...

made mine earlier today.......

Got the Mrs to help, went well.
They feel comfortable, going to try them out and about tomorrow.

Whilst the 'buds' aren't the best quality sound is pretty good for me.
Only thing now is, will they last????

At this price, don't think you can go wrong, paid much more for 'ear buds' which were very uncomfortable!

These look quite interesting - my Ultimate Ear's monitors have failed again (wire keeps coming lose) and I've now got the option of either getting them repaired again (£30 and about a month), going down the Air Tube route like Green Leopard, or maybe these Fuze ones.

From what I've read, they're a great fit, but the speaker quality isnt the best.

On the other hand, I've got a pair of Etymotic ER6s:

These fit under the helmet ok, but can dislodge if you're not careful. The sound quality is excellent though.

Do you reckon I could use the Fuze moulding around the Etymotic ER6s instead of the supplied monitors? Looks ok from what I can see, but the pics on the website are pretty small...

Cheers

might be worth a try, cost of the kit is nothing to what you pay for these monitors so go for it!!!???

Make sure you get the material under the monitor, tight squeeze and requires help to ensure you get it right.
Put your monitors in and get someone to see how much room there is between the bottom of them and your ear, then decide??

I'm thinking of the ear canal moulds which you can put these monitors into....might be a better idea?

Ordered my kit of Earfuzes on Saturday, fed up of not hearing the speakers in my MX Helmet, so its time for some earphones that don't fall out at the sight of a helmet.

I'll report back after I've used them for a few hundred miles.

try using them with the foam tips er6-14f (more like standard ear plugs) More comfortable, better sound suppression and they stay in
